Founder and owner, John Bullis, is a licensed home inspector in the state of Illinois.  He is also a certified heating and air conditioning technician (residential and commercial property). He not only is thoroughly educated in providing an all encompassing home inspection but he goes beyond the scope of the inspection duties by applying his knowledge of how a home is built inside and out.  He provides a full inspection service to help buyers and sellers feel confident in their decision and help them make a knowledgeable decision.
